About The Position: New Hire for Integration Solution Architect with Flora Food Group and reporting to Platform Lead of Foundation Services.

Integration Solution Architect provides global services to Flora Food Group application users that need to exchange information, both internally and externally, connected through a range of standard interfaces, software and messaging protocols across the SAP and non SAP landscape.

The Integration Solution Architect directs all aspects of lifecycle service delivery for various On-Premises and SaaS Integration applications. The Integration Solution Architect will work along with Service Owners, Functional Leads, Platform Lead Enterprise Architects, and Service Partners for analysis of functional requirements, preparation of solution designs and delivery of new interface development through to technical implementation.

The Integration Solution Architect develops and enforces technical standards for Integration designs, configurations and implementations, ensuring compliance with Upfield Procedures and Policies as well as audit and validation requirements. This includes working directly with 3rd party vendors for specific products, or SaaS Services.

Integration applications / Services in scope:

• BTP Integration Suite / Event Mesh/Advanced Event Mesh, SAP PO & SAP CPI
• Knowledge of SAP Data Sphere, Middleware viz. BOOMI, EDICOM, SEEBURGER, etc.,

Roles & Responsibilities:

Integration Strategy Development:

• Own interface library, define and develop integration strategies that align with the overall Upfield Business and IT Strategy.
• Design and document the integration architecture, ensuring it meets business needs and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify integration needs.
• Evaluates the costs and benefits of different options with inputs from the Implementation partners & relevant stakeholders. Maximizes value by efficiently developing the right products.

Integration Architecture Design:

• Design and architect integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite (BTP, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP API Management, etc.).
• Develop integration patterns and best practices for various SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Ensure that the integration architecture supports scalability, reliability, and performance.

Solution Implementation, Deployment & Operation Support :

• Lead the technical implementation of integration solutions, guiding in building and configuring integration scenarios along with development partners.
• Oversee the setup, configuration and maintenance of integration platforms.
• Coordinate with Platform Leads, Solution Architects, GPOs, Development partners and testing teams to ensure successful integration across all systems.
• Owns Incident Management and Problem Management function, driving the 100% target for understanding and eradicating root cause of all issues.
• Guide and work on L2, L3 support tickets as required, providing resolution to break-fix issues and deployment of operational changes.
• Aling with Change & Release management Team to ensure timely deployment of solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP Integration Technologies with minimum 5 of experience.
• Strong understanding of IAAS/SAAS/PAAS, Cloud, On-Premise services.
• Experience of Cloud, particularly Azure, hosting platforms
• Track record in successful technical support, development, program and product delivery
• Managed a Service Delivery team following ITIL principles and vendor management capabilities
• Deep content knowledge of respective functional area (business operating models, processes & products)
• Experience in the full project lifecycle of interface implementations, including delivery of business Interfaces
• Strong Team Leadership Skills with peers and at varying levels of Management and Business Stakeholders
