Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Executive with 2 years of experience in the facility management sector or a similar industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and providing outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' needs.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized facility management solutions to meet their expectations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and service execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand the customer base.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
• Assist in the preparation of contracts, quotations, and other sales-related documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in facility management or a related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of facility management services and solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
