There’s three aspect to count job satisfaction, respect , authority and money. This job provides me with non of these in a satisfactory limit.

Dislikes

As a fresher the amount of training required is not provided and the management treats you as you should know everything, mistakes and delays are not entertained at all. There’s a lack of cooperation between the BD team and operations to very extent that’s harmful for the company.

Not want to disclose the work culture. I had a very bitter bitter experience in UDS. Pls do not recommend this company and its treatment of staff to anyone. There is no job security there for anyone. The top top most level treats the higher level people to a very very pathetic level. Pls do not recommend this company to anyone.

Unlikely unethical approach with employees. Management's approach is to get resignations from employee by giving them extra load where employee doesn't get any appreciation or benefits not even handsome appraisal which in result comes into forced resignation which is unethical and employee is free to file complaint against company but doesn't file all because for future job securities.
