Facility Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facility Executive to oversee and optimize the facility management functions for our organization. This senior role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to ensure the efficient operation of office facilities, vendor relations, and all associated services. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in improving processes, managing teams, and ensuring the facility aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilities Management:
   Lead the planning and optimization of all facility operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and office safety.
2. Vendor & Contract Management:
   Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with SLAs, focusing on cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
3. Budgeting & Cost Control:
   Oversee the facilities budget, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
4. Cafeteria & Employee Services:
   Supervise cafeteria services and manage employee amenities to enhance workplace satisfaction.
5. Event Coordination:
   Lead large-scale in-house events and office logistics to ensure successful execution.
6. Health & Safety Compliance:
   Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proactively manage facility-related risks.
7. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
   Lead and mentor the facilities management team while collaborating with cross-functional departments.
8. Reporting & Communication:
   Provide regular updates to senior management on facility operations, performance, and projects.
   

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 5 t 10 years in facility management, with a proven track record in managing complex facilities and large-scale operations.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of vendor management, contract negotiation, and facilities optimization.
• Strong budgeting and cost control capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
