Role Overview:
Fusion Foods is seeking an experienced Operations Head/Project Lead to oversee and manage our operational activities and drive project execution at our Guindy location. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operations management, strategic planning, and project leadership, with a proven ability to enhance efficiency and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Analyze operational data and present insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiations.
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members to foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management or project leadership roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry will be an added advantage.
