Facility Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Floor Maintenance:
• Oversee and ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of floors.
• Manage daily cleaning schedules and allocate tasks to the housekeeping team
• Team Supervision:
• Lead and guide housekeeping staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Provide training and support to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and ensure stock availability for daily operations.
• Place timely orders for consumables and cleaning equipment.
• Inspection and Reporting:
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly maintenance and housekeeping reports to the management.
• Client and Vendor Coordination:
• Interact with clients to understand their expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized cleaning and maintenance services when required.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during housekeeping activities.
• Promote eco-friendly and sustainable practices wherever possible.
