3, KEYACCOUNTABILITIES:
Accountabilities Scope of work
Quality Assurance - Responsible for end to end QA activities
- Implementing QA processes aligned with SRSLs Policies
and Procedures.
- Daily QFS Reporting
- Conducting incoming Quality checks for RM and PM .
- Conducting Online Quality Checks .
- Owning regulatory testing
- Monthly Product Testing
- GMP Assessments Food Safety and Regulatory - Implementing FSSC22000
- Conduction regular Risk assessments from Food safety POV
- Carrying out Monthly Food Safety Audits.
- CAPA
- Handling Quality complaints and visiting the market
- Implementing all regulatory requirements New Product and Packaging - Conducting filling and transit trials for new packs/ products.
- Process optimization.
- Conducting Process Capability Studies Reporting - Daily and Monthly Quality Reporting
