Administration Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Activation and deactivation of employee SIM cards.
• Tracking employee SIM card billing, porting, and international roaming charges.
• Coordinating monthly meetings with service providers (Airtel/Vodafone) to resolve open concerns.
• Updating and maintaining the master file of employees.
• Keeping a payment tracker for employee SIM cards.
• Maintaining a payroll deduction tracker for employees.
• Monitoring agreement tracker and notifying the cluster/service center manager for renewals.
• Ensuring agreement renewals are completed as per company policies.
• Maintaining billing records, including monthly rentals, registration charges, and security deposits.
• Keeping track of GST and non-GST payments and coordinating with managers for invoice processing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in telecom or logistics.
• Skills:
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining trackers and records.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in vendor management and invoice processing.
