Process Engineer - Molding

Job Description: TRMN is looking for a CIPET Holder for Engineer Parts Production dept.

Process setup for new parts Molding

1. Process examination

2. Prepare for trial (Scheduling and preparation activity like getting the machine, RM etc)

3. Determine the optimum parameters

4. Offer for parts for inspection

5. Parameter fine tuning (only when required with proper justification

6. Documentation like trial reports, QCPC and FMEA

• PCR implementing
• Load Bridging plan and trials accordingly
• Adherence to ISO 45001 requirement and IATF requirement
• Follow Safety rules
• Updating and gaining knowledge on facility and process development.
• Continuously improve the process by nurturing the spirit of originality, enthusiasm and innovative challenges
• Work in harmony within department, with other departments and vendors to solve the problems.
• Implement gorika
• Follow department procedures
• Molding parameter setting support to tool development team
• Actively participate in suggestion scheme
