Working as a GET and regular employee in Uno Minda are very different. As a GET we have a great opportunity to learn industrial work without any pressure of work load and liability. Rules & regulations and system of uno minda are well difined and too good also. I learn and enjoy a lot a year as GET in Uno Minda.
System in Uno Minda are well defined but due to human error, it's not follow thoroughly.
