HR Recruiter

Overview: Responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.

The ultimate goal is to build a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Source and screen potential candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc).

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.

Prepare and manage interview schedules with hiring managers.

Facilitate the offer negotiation process and onboarding of new hires.

Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.

Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Familiarity with online job boards and social media platforms.

Excellent understanding of recruitment and hiring laws and regulations.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Ability to use technology to streamline recruitment processes.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in recruitment and hiring.

Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or equivalent certification preferred.
