HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, professional networking sites, social media, and referrals.
• Write and post compelling job descriptions on company career pages, job boards, and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Track and report key HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Assist in salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws in the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and HR software.
• Experience in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Good understanding of compensation structures, benefits, and employment laws.
