🎯 Role & Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-end recruitment for Sales Agents & Telecallers (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing & Onboarding).
✅ Use Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, Job Hai, Apna and other platforms to find potential candidates.
✅ Conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' communication skills & sales mindset.
✅ Build & maintain a continuous pipeline of sales candidates to meet hiring demands.
✅ Coordinate with the HR & Sales team to ensure smooth onboarding.
✅ Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the sales team.
✅ Conduct initial sales training & orientation for new hires.

🔍 Who Should Apply?

✔️ Experience: 1-3 years in Recruitment (Sales Hiring Preferred).
✔️ Strong Communication & Screening Skills.
✔️ Ability to handle bulk hiring for sales roles.
✔️ Comfortable working with targets & deadlines.
✔️ Experience in using job portals, social media, and referral hiring.
✔️ Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
✔️ MBA/Graduate in HR or related field (Preferred but not mandatory).
