As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company and for our clientele
This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh with an employment type of 'Full-Time'
The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the education or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Excel
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Roles And Responsibilities
Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing techniques such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and job postings.
Stay updated with current industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Participate in job fairs and career events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
