Production Planning and Control Engineer

Job Description:

The PPC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the production planning, and control processes to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations within our tile/fabrication facility. The role demands expertise in workflow optimization, material requirements planning, and alignment with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:Production and Planning

• Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and maintenance teams to align on schedules and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule machine downtime with minimal disruption to production timelines.
• Coordinating with team for smooth flow and updating reports to senior.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain and update production documentation.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production status.

Technical Skills Required:

• ERP & MRP Software: Proficiency in ERP or MS Dynamics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Salary would be in line with the experience
