Job Description:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in interpreting complex data sets in xls, uncovering insights, and providing actionable recommendations to drive strategic decisions

Data Extraction and Transformation: Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate with teams to streamline data collection processes

Performance Analytics: Analyze fitness program performance metrics, attendance data, and member engagement.

Identify trends and patterns to inform decision-making on program offerings and scheduling.

Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and insightful dashboards and reports.

Communicate data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests from various departments.

Provide timely and accurate insights to support decision-making.

Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Identify and rectify data anomalies or discrepancies.

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the different teams

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to a non-technical audience

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
