Data Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of MySQL, experience with data visualization using Tableau, and a working knowledge of Python for data manipulation. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with large datasets using MySQL to extract, clean, and manipulate data for analysis.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting using SQL, Tableau, and Python.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting processes using Python scripts.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MySQL for querying, data extraction, and analysis.
- Strong experience with Tableau for creating interactive reports and dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation (using libraries like Pandas, NumPy).
- Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and transformation techniques.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
