Data Analyst

Job Profile:

Data Collection and Acquisition:
Identify and collect relevant data from various internal and external sources.
Develop and maintain data collection procedures and tools.
Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous validation and cleaning processes.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Analyze large datasets using statistical and data visualization tools (e.g., Advance Excel).
Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings for stakeholders.

Database Management:
Design and maintain databases to store and organize data efficiently.
Implement data security and privacy measures to protect sensitive information.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations.

Data Visualization and Reporting
Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights clearly and effectively.
Customize reports and dashboards based on user requirements.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis.
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
Participate in cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor s / Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Certification in data management or related fields (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional) preferred.
Proven experience in data management, analysis, and visualization.
Proficiency in Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
