We are seeking a B2B Sales Head for a Rail Engineering Supply Chain Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the GTM strategy
- Generate new leads & pitch to new customers
- Arrange site visits & analyse the socio-geographic risk of projects
- Identify the contractual risks & negotiate the same with Client
- Apply knowledge of costing philosophy & guide proposal preparation
- Submit all offers on time after necessary technical & commercial assessments.
- Ability to bring offers to closure.
- Manage a team of 6-8 members
- Inter departmental liasioning.
- Client relationship management to ensure repeat enquiries & orders
- Prepare market forecast and budget.
- Sales MIS
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with experience of 12-14 years in a similar industry.
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Experience with P-Way/ Civil or Road Construction Projects
- Private Siding Project background preferred
- Strong leadership experience
- Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
