Job Description
- Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models, with a primary focus on language models.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance AI-driven information retrieval for personalized wellness applications.
- Work with generative AI APIs to create interactive and insightful user experiences.
- Implement best practices in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
- Collaborate with senior developers on deploying AI models to production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Continuously monitor and improve model performance, including evaluating model drift and updating models as needed.
- Research and experiment with the latest advancements in generative AI and LLM fine-tuning to integrate innovative ideas into our projects.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in machine learning, particularly in natural language processing and language models.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Familiarity with generative AI APIs and fine-tuning large language models.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and their applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about wellness, AI, and the potential of AI in personalized wellness applications.
