Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Lead who can not only lead but also actively code and architect solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and databases (MongoDB, MySQL), while being open to exploring and working with new technologies. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll be expected to guide the team while developing robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development team in designing and building scalable and efficient applications.

- Architect, design, and manage databases (MongoDB, MySQL) for optimal performance.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code, primarily using Spring Boot.

- Manage version control processes and oversee the use of GitHub for code collaboration.

- Review and approve the team's code through peer reviews, ensuring code quality, consistency, and best practices.

- Take lead responsibility for sprint deployments and ensure timely delivery on project deadlines.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Explore, implement, and maintain modern technologies like Scala, Kafka, Spark, Cassandra, Docker, and Linux-based environments.

- Provide technical guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to version control processes and efficient workflow.

- Continuously improve development processes, identifying areas for automation and optimization.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot.

- Strong experience in database architecture and management with MongoDB and MySQL.

- Proficiency with technologies such as Scala, Kafka, Spark, Cassandra, Docker, and containers.

- Strong experience with GitHub and version control processes.

- Expertise in peer reviewing code and maintaining high standards of code quality.

- Proven experience in leading sprint deployments and delivering projects on time.

- Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems.

- A passion for hands-on coding and the ability to guide and mentor a development team.

- Ability to architect solutions while being involved in day-to-day coding and development.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to explore and adopt new technologies.
