Thermal Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

experience in handling process design/sizing of process equipment (pressure vessel, heat exchangers, reactors, columns etc). Handling process technologies or systems can be an added advantage. Handling thermal design of air cooled heat exchanger, extended surface heat exchanger in addition to shell & tube can be an added advantage. Review customer supplied specifications, drawing, documentations etc and prepare plan for deliverables and execute. Require good knowledge of heat transfer and material balance. Basic knowledge of manufacturing process equipment and system assembly. Teamwork ability, technical decision-making, desire for continuous learning, Travel locally / internationally.

Preferred candidate profile

Take responsibility for offering technical content with optimization of solution with design & price Provide technical support to sales, prepare technical offers, technical presentations Support engineering team during order execution for the process design related task. Technical assistance during on site installation and start up Adhere to company policies, guidelines and systems Software Experience: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point), HTRI
