Production Engineer/ Production Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer with expertise in heat exchangers, reactors, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ASME and TEMA codes, Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, and the ability to manage and coordinate production activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• BOM Preparation: Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) based on engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to ASME, TEMA, and other relevant industry codes and standards during production processes.
• Manufacturing Process Management: Oversee the production process for heat exchangers, reactors, and other related equipment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Technical Drawings Interpretation: Review and interpret 2D and isometric drawings to ensure alignment with production requirements.
• Production Planning: Allocate and manage day-to-day tasks and activities within the production team, ensuring smooth workflow and resource optimization.
• Manpower Coordination: Manage and coordinate the activities of the workforce, ensuring proper allocation of labor and meeting production targets.
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that the final products meet all specified standards and client requirements.

Desired Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production engineering, particularly in heat exchanger and reactor manufacturing.
• Skills:
• Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D and isometric drawings.
• In-depth knowledge of ASME, TEMA, and other industry standards.
• Strong experience in BOM preparation and production planning.
• Excellent manpower management, team coordination, and task allocation skills.
• Knowledge of heat exchanger/reactor manufacturing processes and techniques.
