Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Strategic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in selling mechanical or engineering products, with a preference for expertise in Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers, and Backflush Filters. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy building strong client relationships, this role is for you.


Role & responsibilities :

    1. Market Penetration:
      • Identify potential clients and develop a robust sales pipeline.
      • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
      • Promote our mechanical and engineering products to prospective clients.
    2. Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
      • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
      • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
    3. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
      • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
      • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
    4. Negotiation and Closing Deals:
      • Conduct negotiations with clients, emphasizing the value proposition of our products.
      • Close sales deals efficiently and effectively.
      • Handle objections and address client concerns.
    5. Communication and Presentation Skills:
      • Deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients.
      • Articulate technical details in a clear and concise manner.
      • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals.
    6. Qualifications:
      • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably from a reputed B school).
      • Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in mechanical or engineering product sales.
      • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers, and Backflush Filters.
      • Skills:
        • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
        • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
        • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
        • Ability to build effective sales strategies.
    7. Additional Information:
      • Travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.
      • Compensation will include a competitive base salary, commission, and performance-based incentives.
