Responsibilities:

1. Sales Execution:
• Achieve sales targets by promoting products in the assigned region.

2. Client Management:

• Coordinate with the backend team to ensure smooth quote processing and deal finalization.
3. Market Development:
• Expand the customer base through effective cold-calling and modern marketing techniques.
• Develop and execute strategies to identify new opportunities and markets.
4. Competitor Analysis:
• Study competitors offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies.
• Use insights to adjust product positioning and sales strategies.
5. Reporting and Coordination:
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, progress, and outcomes.
• Work closely with other departments to align business strategies.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in institutional sales, preferably in B2B or industrial products.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals effectively.
