Business Coordinator Assisting To MD

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Organize meetings and events, including sending reminders and preparing agendas.
• Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Answering calls and routing them to the right person.
• Generating MIS reports of Coordinators and Business Unit Heads.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence.
• Plan and arrange travel, including booking tickets and accommodations.
• Using technical tools and software such as the Microsoft Office Suite, especially text processing software and Excel spreadsheets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent skills of MS Power Point Presentation and MS Excel.
• Educational Qualifications: B.E(CS, IT) +MBA-(Marketing/IT)
• Experience: 4- 5 Yrs.(IT background would be preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
