Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and visitor coordination.
  
• Provide administrative support as needed.
  
• Support in prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and presentations.
  
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  
• Proficiency in Calendar Management (e.g. Google Calendar), MOM (Meeting Organization & Management), Presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
