Plant HR - Unison Pharma (Moraiya)

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end hiring, interviews, and induction for plant employees.
• Employee Engagement Conduct welfare programs, events, and engagement initiatives.
• Payroll & Attendance Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Compliance & Labor Laws Ensure adherence to labor laws, ESI, PF, and factory regulations.
• Grievance Handling Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
• Training & Development Implement training programs for skill enhancement and compliance.
• HR Policies Implementation Enforce company HR policies and procedures at the plant level.
• Performance Management Support appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
• Health & Safety Collaborate on EHS policies, audits, and awareness initiatives.
• HR Reporting Maintain records, generate reports, and support audits.

Education & Experience:

• Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or relevant degree in Human Resources.
• Experience: 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• HR Generalist Functions – Recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement.
• Health & Safety Awareness – Knowledge of EHS policies, industrial safety, and workplace hygiene.
