We are looking for an HR to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in year-end activities, performance development, moderation calls, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) management, while also handling employee engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and HRMS data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support year-end performance review processes, including moderation calls and appraisal discussions. Manage the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business goals. Drive performance development initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to enhance employee growth and capability. Facilitate moderation discussions, collaborating with managers and leaders to ensure fair and effective evaluations. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and maintain engagement data for insights and improvements. Oversee Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company values. Provide guidance on HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with company standards. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting HR-driven initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and morale.
Qualifications & Skills:
3-6 years of relevant HR experience. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
