Bts Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated BTS Engineer with expertise in BTS Installation and Commissioning, Microwave, and 4G & 5G networks to join our team and work on Nokia projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative team at the forefront of telecom technology!

Key Responsibilities:

• BTS Installation & Commissioning: Handle the installation, configuration, and commissioning of BTS systems for 4G & 5G networks.
• Microwave Systems: Deploy and manage Microwave communication systems as part of network infrastructure.
• Nokia Projects: Work on the deployment, optimization, and maintenance of Nokia network solutions.
• Network Optimization & Troubleshooting: Conduct performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of installed BTS and network equipment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site documentation and project reports, ensuring compliance with project standards and timelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BTS Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Microwave, 4G & 5G technologies, and Nokia equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize BTS and Microwave systems effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within a team.
