BTS Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BTS Project Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in telecom project management with a proven track record as a Project Lead or Project Manager. The role will involve leading end-to-end BTS (Base Transceiver Station) installation and commissioning projects for 4G & 5G networks, with a focus on Microwave technology. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring quality execution, liaising with customers, and overseeing Nokia billing and manpower execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BTS installation and commissioning projects, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of 4G & 5G networks, with a strong focus on Microwave technology.
• Manage project resources, including manpower execution, ensuring that the right team is allocated for various tasks.
• Coordinate and liaise with customers to provide regular project updates, resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle Nokia billing processes, ensuring accurate tracking of project costs and timely invoicing.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and forecasting; ensure effective risk management to minimize project delays.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring compliance with telecom industry norms and regulations.
• Provide clear and concise project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects meet safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management or project lead role within the telecom industry, specifically in BTS installation and commissioning.
• Strong technical expertise in 4G & 5G networks and Microwave technology.
• Hands-on experience with Nokia Billing processes for project management and cost tracking.
• Proven ability in manpower execution, project resource management, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related field).
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
