BTS Coordinator

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled BTS Coordinator with 1 to 4 years of experience to manage and oversee the deployment, installation, and maintenance of Base Transceiver Stations (BTS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with telecom operators such as Airtel, Jio, VIL, BSNL, Nokia, and Ericsson, and a strong understanding of 4G and 5G technologies, as well as microwave link installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deployment Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process for the deployment of BTS sites, ensuring timely and efficient installations.
• Installation & Commissioning: Oversee and assist in the installation and commissioning of BTS equipment, ensuring compatibility with 4G and 5G networks.
• Microwave Link Setup: Coordinate the installation and integration of microwave links for seamless connectivity between BTS sites.
• Collaboration with Telecom Operators: Work closely with telecom operators like Airtel, Jio, VIL, BSNL, Nokia, and Ericsson to ensure proper implementation and support of their network requirements.
• Site Management: Conduct site surveys and audits, ensuring that installations meet design specifications and adhere to all necessary standards.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during installation, ensuring smooth operation of BTS sites and microwave links.
• Network Optimization: Assist in the optimization of BTS networks for both 4G and 5G technologies, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of installations, configurations, and any issues or resolutions encountered during the deployment process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of BTS installation, microwave link setups, and operation of 4G and 5G networks.
• Experience with Telecom Operators: Hands-on experience working with Airtel, Jio, VIL, BSNL, Nokia, and Ericsson BTS technologies.
• Deployment & Installation: Experience in coordinating the deployment and installation of telecom equipment and BTS sites.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly troubleshoot technical issues and ensure continuous network performance.
• Communication Skills: Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring installations are performed accurately and meet required specifications.
• Project Management: Ability to manage deployment schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks within deadlines

Experience Required:

• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in BTS installation, maintenance, and coordination.
• Previous exposure to working with telecom operators and vendors is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with RF technologies and wireless network deployment.
• Certification or training in BTS, network management, or related fields
