The Role:

As a Product Manager at Unifize, youll work directly with our engineering team and leadership to enhance our platforms configurability and user experience. In our 30-ish people team, youll have direct access to decision-makers and the ability to influence core platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development

1. Own the roadmap for our platform, working closely with engineering, acquisition, and activation teams to expand platform capabilities
2. Create comprehensive specs for new platform and existing features, focusing on flexibility, coherence, and reusability
3. Build and maintain our design system for configuration interfaces with the design team.

Customer Understanding

1. Work directly with customer-facing teams to understand their workflow requirements
2. Collaborate with customer success to identify common configuration needs or activations jugads which ideally should be platform features.
3. Research our competitors and be conversant in solutions, products or competitive advantages of them.

Feature Delivery

1. Manage the UX/UI team to generate multiple design options based on the feature ICP and get stakeholders agreements on the tradeoffs made.
2. Own the release cycle post development - customer-facing platform documentation and acceptable trade-offs, version management in releasing features.
3. Ensure active open communication with the leadership and stakeholders around any trade-offs made for quicker delivery.

4. Highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Experience with enterprise software platforms, preferably in B2B SaaS
2. Proven ability to write clear technical specifications and documentation
