Job Title: Product Manager - Solutions(Unifize)

Location: Bangalore (this is a full time, in office role, not a remote position)

Salary range: 15L to 25L per annum

Note: Our customers are in the US so this may require you to travel and work non-standard hours.

The Role:

As a Product Manager at Unifize, you will be at the forefront of driving our unique product forward. This role is designed for a passionate, proactive individual who is eager to dive deep into product management and help innovate solutions.

We do not require career product managers - what s more important is that you enjoy the end-to-end product development process and can make amazing things happen on-time with limited resources.

Responsibilities:

• Application configuration:
• Innovate Processes: Figure out clients specific regulatory and workflow challenges to adapt the Unifize platform for fast and controlled solutions that encourage ongoing improvement.
• Template Creation: Build and enhance solution templates to grow our solutions library, supporting our mission to ease collaborative processes.
• Create Documentation: Write product and solution documentation that can be used as an input to the Sales Marketing teams for creating assets.
• Continuous improvement: Maintain and improve templates and documentation for easy of use and deployment.
• Gap analysis: Continuously identify solution and product gaps based on customer feedback and competitor analysis.
• Customer Collaboration: Directly engage with clients to understand their needs, driving change that aligns with our goal of flexible collaboration.
• Internal Synergy: Work closely with product and marketing teams to help in creating solution guides and marketing materials that represent Unifizes mission and values.
• Strategic Alignment: Make sure all activities align with Unifize s strategic goals, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and measurable results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in a technical field (eg Computer Science, Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering) or business (MBA or related),
• At least 3 years experience in life sciences or a related regulated industry or in a service business that has supplied quality software or services. Note that work experience with solid achievements are given preference over educational background.
• Manufacturing experience a plus
• Software implementation a plus
• Entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus
• History of traveling to the US is a plus
• Solid understanding of regulatory standards, at least as they apply to QMS software (e.g., ISO 13485, Part 11, ISO 9001, CFR Parts 210 211), and the ability to navigate these within the context of process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in technical business analysis, ideally within the life science sector or similar regulated industries.
• Exceptional customer engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into tangible solutions.
• Familiarity with no-code platforms and an appreciation for the principles of continuous innovation and iterative design.
• Exceptional technical documentation and/or content writing skills
