Associate Vice President - Strategy - NBFC

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with the company's long-term objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify potential markets, customer segments, and product opportunities. Provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and business development initiatives.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures. Lead negotiations with potential partners and ensure the successful integration of new business initiatives.

- Product Development & Innovation: Collaborate with the product team to identify and develop new financial products tailored to the needs of target markets, particularly within the retail, SME, and microfinance segments.

- Partnerships & Alliances: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, fintech companies, regulatory bodies, and industry influencers. Leverage these relationships to expand the company's market presence.

- Financial Modelling & Analysis: Develop financial models to assess the viability and profitability of new business opportunities. Provide recommendations based on detailed financial analysis and forecasts.

- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of business development initiatives. Regularly review and adjust strategies based on performance data.

- Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present strategic reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management. Clearly communicate complex ideas and strategic plans to stakeholders at all levels.
