Technical Assistant (EA) To MD

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the MD in strategizing, executing, overseeing and coordinating technical and operational initiatives/activities related to all aspects of the organization.
• Assist the MD to ensure the cost effectiveness in technical projects, timely delivery and in resource allocation.
• Compile, summarize and analyze data for technical meetings, monthly MIS and board meetings.
• Keep up with emerging pharmaceutical technologies, industry regulations, and best practices, and share key insights with the MD.
• Assist in managing technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, proper resource allocation, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate with all key stakeholders for timely execution of projects including understanding and managing bottlenecks.
• Plan and maintain MD's calendar, prepare agenda including internal and external meetings and travel management for the MD.
• Must maintain strong business ethics and high standards of integrity.
