Officer / Senior Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process orders in SAP system
• Follow up internally with the technical team to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments
• Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
• Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing
• Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
• Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards
• Implement improvements to customer service
• MIS preparation
• Report outstanding dues and communicate to concerned teams

DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience in the customer service team in the API Marketing department.
• Experience in SAP MM
• Very good communications skills - verbal and written
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
