Uni.club - Product Analyst (1-3 yrs)

1) Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze product usage data, customer behavior, and key performance metrics to identify trends and insights that drive product improvements.

2) Product Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate product performance using KPIs, conversion rates, retention metrics, and engagement data.

3) A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and optimize user experience.

4) User Behavior Analysis: Work closely with UX/UI teams to understand user journeys and pain points, recommending data-backed improvements.

5) Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, marketers, and business teams to align insights with product strategy and business goals.

6) Market & Competitive Research: Conduct industry research and benchmarking to understand market trends and help position the product effectively.

7) Dashboard & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to track and share insights.
