Job Overview:

The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships in the BPO industry. This role involves acquiring new clients, managing accounts, and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to hit individual and team goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Track sales performance and generating regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with other teams sales & operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Aware of Attrition and shrinkage management

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales experience in BPO or related industries, including 2+ years in management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree.
