Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads via calls, emails, social media, and ads.
2. Team Management: Oversee and coach the inside sales team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
3. Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline to ensure conversions.
4. CRM Management: Ensure effective use of CRM tools for tracking leads and sales activities.
5. Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams to optimize lead generation.
6. Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.
7. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in inside sales and lead generation.
• Education: Bachelors degree (mandatory).
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Other: Proven leadership and CRM management experience.
