Roles and Responsibilities:

Service Operations Management:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end service operations, including installation, maintenance, and after-sales service for modular kitchens and furniture.
• Establish and maintain service protocols to ensure quality and efficiency.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the service team, including technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction goals.
• Plan and implement training programs to upskill the service team.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of escalation for service-related issues, resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to understand customer expectations and align service delivery accordingly.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all service deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
• Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and implement improvements.

Operational Efficiency:

• Optimize processes to reduce turnaround time for installations and service requests.
• Manage resources effectively to meet service demands across regions.

Vendor and Inventory Management:

• Coordinate with third-party vendors for spare parts and materials.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels of service tools, parts, and materials.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Prepare regular reports on service performance, customer satisfaction, and key operational metrics.
• Analyze service trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in service management, preferably in the modular kitchen, furniture, or related industries.
• Proven track record of managing service teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and service management software.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
