• Position Summary:

As a Sales Desk Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our sales operations by providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and facilitating the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect modular kitchen solutions, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for design, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer requirements and provide information about our modular kitchen products and services. Guide customers through the product selection process, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
Sales Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, online portal or in-person promptly and effectively. Collaborate with the design & service team to ensure a seamless sales process from inquiry to purchase. Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and delivery timelines to customers.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in kitchen design and our product offerings. Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of our modular kitchen solutions. Continuously educate yourself on competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
Order Processing: Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely order entry. Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to facilitate smooth order fulfilment. Assist customers with after-sales service and support, addressing any concerns or issues.
