Role Description

Customer Interaction:

• Respond promptly to online inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Understand customer needs and provide detailed information about our modular kitchen and interior design offerings.

Lead Management:

• Handle the qualified leads from online platforms.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Sales Coordination:

• Work closely with the sales team to schedule consultations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Assist in preparing and sharing quotations, catalogs, and brochures with potential clients.

Customer Support:

• Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications.

Marketing Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online sales campaigns and strategies.
• Share customer insights to help improve product offerings and promotional efforts.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions.
• Provide regular reports on online sales performance and customer feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in online sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the interior design or modular kitchen industry.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline. A degree/diploma in Interior Design or Sales & Marketing is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with interior design concepts and trends is advantageous.
