Hiring For Finance Associate Role

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure accurate accounting of accounts payable in the books.
• Performing regular account reconciliations, including resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely adjustments.
• Analyze and post necessary accounting entries for month-end and year-end book close processes, ensuring that all financial data is captured accurately and within the specified timelines.
• Accounting and processing of employee reimbursements on timely basis.
• Ensure all accruals, provisions, and adjustments are properly recorded.
• Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.) in accordance with companys adopted accounting policies and applicable accounting standards (Ind AS).
• Ensure intercompany transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled by coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary support in documentation and closure.
• Supporting ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required by senior management, helping to answer specific business questions or drive strategic initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com or CA Inter with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• Should have strong excel skills and ability to handle volumes, •Oracle ERP required,

• Good communication skills and ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity
