Record To Report- General ledger/ General Accounting- L2-L3

Job description

L2: General Accounting / Fixed Assets / Bank Reconciliation / Reconciliation / Inter Company / Reporting (2-4 years EXP MUST)

1. Prepare and post monthly journals

2.Month end close activities within timeline

3.Perform Account Reconciliations as per procedure

4.Master Data Maintenance (GL, FA, etc.)

5.Process periodic/ad hoc report request from Customers

6.Query handling for Customers

7.Perform quality check to prevent errors

8.Follow and Maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

9. Adherence to Control and Compliance

10. Ensure MEC/Activity Check List are tracked and maintained.

L3: (4-6 years EXP MUST)

1. Allocation of activities to the Team

2. Ensure MEC/Activity Check List are tracked and maintained

3. Work closely with the Team and Customers to ensure timely Month End Close

4. Ensure all Activities assigned including Team deliverables are completed accurately as per agreed timeline with Customers

5. Ensure all Master Data Maintenance (GL, FA, etc.) are tracked and performed on time

6. Quality check on all account reconciliations performed by team as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)

7. Handling Internal / External queries are addressed effectively on time

8.Responsible for effective Knowledge Transfer of Activities from Customers to Team Members

9.Implement/Support Process Improvements in consultation with OPEX Team and Customers

10.Interact and comply with all Internal / External Audit requirements

11.Prepare all Internal/External Reports

12.Involve in MEC Review calls and update team on action items

13.Interact and Coordinate with support functions

14.Adherence to Control and Compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2.5- 6 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) role with expertise in General Ledger Accounting (GL Accounting).

• US Shifts
