Project Execution Executive - ( on contract)

a. Project Planning and Coordination: -

• Collaborate with Project Manager and stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines and budget constraints.
• Develop detailed project plan, including schedule, budget and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

b. Site Management: -

• Conduct site visits to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and compliance with safety.
• Supervise onsite construction activities, including installation of fixtures, fittings and signages.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the fitout process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Supervise and manage overall project execution for multiple sites at multiple locations as per the agreed design and cost parameters.
• Ensure all resources for the project are available as per the plan to meet deadlines and to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained while achieving time and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements on site.
• Coordinate with local architects and contractors to ensure that detailed plans are made in line with the agreed Plan.
• On-site work supervision to ensure that contractors are executing as per contract and to the required quality and contract specifications and work completion is on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance on-site whenever & wherever required and resolve critical issues on site and be the single point of coordination with all stake holders.
• Assist where required in the selection of local vendors and contractors/sub-contractors.
• Prepare layouts, GFC drawings, 3 D renders, BOQ as per requirement.
• Check and verify correctness of GFC drawings and BOQ submitted by appointed design agencies.
• Daily progress report and weekly progress report to share.
• Vendors measurement certification and bills variation
• Material GRN and report submission to the Finance Team.
• MIS for projects and financial transactions to be prepared and share.

c. Quality Control: -

• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all workmanship meets industry standard and client expectations.
• Conduct regular inspection and audits to identify defects or deviations from project specifications.
• Coordinate with Contractors and subcontractors to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.

d. Budget and Cost Management: -

• Monitor project expenses and track expenditures against the budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize project cost without compromising quality or timelines.
• Prepare regular budget report and provide update to project stakeholders on financial performance.

e. Communication and Stakeholder Management: -

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including Architects and consultants.
• Communicate project progress, milestones and any issues or concern to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
