Project Design Coordinator - Intern Can Apply ( 1 year contract)

Role & responsibilities

Developing master plan, Site plan, Space planning, better interior spaces for architectural project retail & F&B Outlets Projects as per new market trend.

•Check and prepare all concept, final plans and area statement as per project brief given by Client.

•Design and managed the projects as per Rules and regulation.

•Final fit-out inspections include alignment of store design, compliance with all fit-out provisions before Handover.

•Preparation of Working drawing sections, elevations, views and other details as per plans.

•Coordination with all stake holders for project, Surveyors, structural engineer, MEP consultant, 3D views makers etc.

•Design Coordination for better interior spaces for store and interior environment. • Manage costs & budget and all factors affecting the store fit-out or project capex.

•completing interior fitouts and fixtures project.

Back-end architect for understanding of projects in terms of space planning, design briefings, materials management, time management cost controls and project management.
