Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor with a strong background in Reinforced Concrete Construction (RCC) and Finishing Works to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. The Construction Supervisor will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising RCC and Finishing Works, managing teams, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Project Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting for RCC and Finishing Works.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.

2.  Supervision and Team Management:

• Lead and manage construction teams, including skilled laborers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure work is carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

3.  Quality Control and Compliance:

• Ensure that all RCC and Finishing Works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

4.  Resource Management:

• Manage the allocation of construction materials, equipment, and tools required for RCC and Finishing Works.
• Optimize resource utilization to maintain project schedule and budget constraints.

5. Safety and Regulations:

• Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.
• Conduct safety meetings, identify potential hazards, and take necessary steps to prevent accidents and injuries.

6. Communication and Reporting:

• Maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and potential challenges.
• Prepare and submit timely reports, documentation, and records related to RCC and Finishing Works.

7. Problem Solving:

• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction, such as design conflicts, material shortages, or unexpected site conditions.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative solutions to overcome challenges.

8.  Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to RCC and Finishing Works.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance construction efficiency and quality.

9.  Qualifications and Requirements:

• 10th Pass / Vocational Certification / Diploma in civil engineering or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience of 12 years.
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor with a focus on RCC and Finishing Works in commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques related to RCC and Finishing Works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
