1] Candidate should have minimum experience of 12-15+ years in a Sales Leadership Role in Industrial segment, with key focus on Oil and Gas vertical. 2] Should have exposure to Safety PLC and Hazardous area products and standards like SIL, PESO, ATEX, IECEX, NEC etc. 3] Strong organizational, presentation, communication and time management skills, results driven. 4] Ability to work with culturally diverse and matrix-based organization 5] Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 6] Leadership competences being passionate, accountable, efficient, transparent, ethical and a learner.
KRA s:- 1] Its P&L role , Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the assigned customer base, being the conduit of information, including product updates, price movements, technical updates, and required reporting in line with company guidelines. 2] Identify and qualify key opportunities. 3] Influence the key decision makers (end users, consultants, process OEM s, etc.) for positioning solutions 4] Identify and influence specifications and procurement of key projects in line with the company s strategic objectives by using the consultative selling approach. 5] Liaise with Project team wherever applicable, to execute key projects within the budget time frame. 6] Negotiate major contracts. Act as a primary listening and learning source for business intelligence & understand products, market segments, competitive positioning and provide input to planning processes 7] Responsible for Sales Forecasting as required by their manager as per their assigned customer base 8] Liaise closely with customers and internal functions to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience 9] Prepare, report and present market and competitor activity to the organization 10] Attend to customer enquiries and quoting in line with approved price structures
