Develop a healthy sales pipeline and conduct periodic risk assessments to ensure consistent revenue generation.
Implement strategies to lower attrition and improve time to readiness within the sales team, thereby increasing overall productivity and efficiency.
Demonstrate comfort and ability in handling 4x targets, leading and inspiring teams to align with the vision and deliver beyond expectations.
Collaborate with support organisation to drive exceptional customer experience and uphold value-based selling.
Experience:
Proven sales record with consistent delivery against commitments.
Experience in transitioning sales teams from transaction-based to value-based selling.
Experience in the pharma, education, medical equipment, healthcare industry preferred.
Bachelor s degree required, MBA preferred.
17+ years of progressive inside sales/business development experience, with a previous/current target exceeding 400 Cr. annually.
Proven experience in identifying, recruiting, and managing high-performance teams.
Demonstrated ability in managing and exceeding high sales targets.
Ability to work in high ambiguity situations and meet monthly target closures.
